Modern, Textural Fall-Inspired Open House at The Hillside Estate
Open house events like The Hillside Estate hosts are always a wonderful opportunity to not only meet brides-to-be but to bring new floral design concepts to life and explore even more ways to deck out one of our favorite venues! We worked with Gathered Events on a fall-inspired open house at THE that perfectly embodied the seasonal colors and textures.
In a palette of orange, yellow, citron and green, the event opened with a staircase installation at the entrance — full of primarily textural branches and just touches of blooms here and there. We also designed a large arrangement for the front table that took on an organic style and helped complete the entry statement for open house guests as they walked in.
We also transformed the chapel, namely with ground arrangements to line the aisle — these were full of fall-inspired flowers and paired with candles all the way down for a romantic touch. For the altar, we designed a full arch exclusively designed around fall branches.
Candlelight was an important part of this event design — it was incorporated throughout the space and brought in an extra pop of color. A mix of orange taper-style and white pillar candles kept the palette bright while adding some ambiance. We love how this all came together and embodied the transition from summer to autumn with a vibrant take on a fall time color palette!
