Delaney + Jacob's Neutral-to-Vibrant Wedding at Knotting Hill Place

We loved Delaney and Jacob’s request to go from an all-white color scheme for the ceremony to a pink-and-orange palette for the reception that, while vibrant, was just as crisp- and fresh-looking! Knotting Hill Place was a great backdrop that let the flowers and decor shine while providing its own statement moments like the grand entryway and chandeliers in the ballroom.

An arch at the altar anchored the ceremony, full of Hydrangea, Delphinium and other highly textural flowers and leaves. White petals lining the aisle added to the bright, fresh style. These led all the way to two large arrangements on pedestals at the start of the aisle. The venue’s ceremony space has stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that make an all-white design look ethereal yet modern.

We put together a wall of bud vases to serve as the seating chart and double as a backdrop and statement moment during cocktail hour. This introduced pops of color to break up all the white blooms. For the reception itself, we designed a mix of tall and low arrangements — full of color as a switch-up from the ceremony. The head table had a unique tablescape of collections of arrangements, paired with simple vases, each filled with the same kind of flower — all Roses in some, all Tulips in others.

The bouquets kept with the classic, manicured style and matched the ceremony with all-white blooms - perfect for both of Delaney’s gowns - and the bridesmaids in black.

Meredith + Abhinav's Vibrant Texas Ranch Wedding

Meredith and Abhinav hosted friends and family at the bride’s family’s private ranch in Big Spring, Texas, where everyone was welcomed for a full weekend of celebration. After a rehearsal dinner and welcome party on night one, our team shifted into ceremony preparations, and later, a reception and after party in a speak-easy inspired space. We loved working with Shannon Rose Events to execute this weekend to the fullest!

In a variation of the design vision for the rehearsal dinner, the ceremony and reception featured a vibrant autumnal color palette of red, orange, blush, burgundy and pops of yellow. For the ceremony, held in the bride’s childhood home, we designed a semi-circle of all-Marigold ground arrangements to sit at the altar, at the end of rows of color-blocked arrangements lining the aisle.

For the reception, we transformed a barn on the property yet again, along with a clear tent for the dinner seating. In the tent, we designed floral pillars full of textural fall foliage for drama and dimension, and kept the tabletops simple with compote and floral frog arrangements. These had the same bold colors as the ceremony and popped even more with emerald green chairs lining the tables.

The barn-turned-speakeasy had a cozy feel with multiple floral statements - a bar installation, hanging ferns, and plenty of table arrangements and candlelight. The bar install was a major focal point, featuring lush flowers and greenery designed to reach from the ground up to the bartop. Guests enjoyed custom cocktails and got the full, immersive restaurant-inspired experience from the couple’s favorite spots in New York.

The bridal bouquet was heavily inspired by Meredith’s own style - a modern, autumnal and textural bouquet that popped with her ivory silk gown. She added a custom black blazer to the look for more of that modern, edgy vibe!

Meredith + Abhinav's Rehearsal Dinner: Vibrant Texas Ranch Venue

Meredith and Abhinav planned a weekend-long destination wedding celebration in the bride’s hometown of Big Spring, Texas - all hosted on her family’s ranch. We worked with Shannon Rose Events to execute a vibrant-colored event design for their welcome party, rehearsal dinner and ceremony and reception - making sure to channel a mix of Indian and Texas culture and style.

To kick off the weekend, guests were hosted at a welcome party and rehearsal dinner in a cabin on the property that we transformed to incorporate the couple’s love of vibrant, fun interiors, inspired by some of their favorite restaurants in New York. The space was set up with a cocktail bar, high-top tables and soft seating. The bar was tied into the vibrant color scheme with a green velvet backdrop, that also helped from a seating area in front.

For the rehearsal dinner, we designed orange and pink ikebana-style arrangements to line the long tables, along with bright pink pillar candles. Green was tied into the tablescapes, too, through touches like the flatware. Lanterns hung from the ceiling and branches of fall foliage surrounding wooden pillars in the barn made all the difference in creating the perfect atmosphere for this space with ambient light and natural textures.

This space was used for the wedding reception the next day, and we loved seeing the flowers and design come to life with a slight variation on the vibrant oranges, reds and green we landed on for the rehearsal dinner!

Mindy + Brett's Simple, Bright Wedding at The Mason Dallas

Mindy and Brett held their fall-time wedding at The Mason in Dallas, with a team that included Jessica at Stairway Events, who we also loved working with! We all collaborated to bring a simple, classic design vision to life, complete with lots of bright white blooms and lush greenery, and even some pops of pink tones later on — all in such an elegant, intimate venue.

The ceremony was held in The Mason’s upstairs space, with a gorgeous all-white fireplace as a natural backdrop. We designed an arrangement that sat across the mantle along with a gold mirror and sconces. This had a classic feel with flowers like Hydrangea, Roses, Dahlia and Larkspur — all in white, which were made to pop with greenery tucked all throughout. This one statement piece alone made all the difference

When it came to the reception flowers, we added some color to the neutral ceremony design with pops of pink, lavender and peach, along with some of the same staple white blooms. This was such a fun direction for the celebration in The Mason’s reception hall.

Flowers for the wedding party included boutonnieres with white Spray Roses and Baby’s Breath that tied in with the bright, clean look of the ceremony, as well as the bouquets - Mindy’s an understated mix of romantic blooms but still had fun, organic movement, and the bridesmaids’ the same simple combination that the groom and groomsmen wore.

Leigh Anna + Ben's Modern Black-and-White Wedding

Even something as simple as a black-and-white color scheme can be done in so many different styles and feel entirely different with the decor, accessories and flowers. Our couple Leigh Anna and Ben wanted a modern, sleek take on it, complete with unique textures and moodiness with pops of black. The Hillside Estate ended up the perfect backdrop that helped the event feel classy and refined.

For the ceremony, we designed arrangements that sat on black rectangular stands at the altar - these were full of bright white blooms in all different textures. More flowers extended out from the stands on the ground. At the start of the aisle, we placed all-white arrangements and styled them with candles.

Cocktail hour on the patio was the perfect opportunity for unique moody black touches - we used black foliage for an accent throughout the mantle installation. The seating chart had margaritas for the taking and small floral clusters on the signs and surrounding them on the ground were the perfect touch.

Rentals helped transform the reception space - sleek, modern tables were brought in and we designed both oversized arrangements to sit on tall stands and low compote arrangements to line them. Candles were another major decor element - pillars, taper candles and votives in both black and white made these tablescapes feel full and layered. Baby’s breath accented the compote arrangements for a contrast with some of the moodier touches in the room.

The bouquets were designed in a classic, elevated style with long-stem roses and orchids - a mix of textures that felt perfectly bridal and popped against the bridesmaids’ black gowns.
