Eclectic and Colorful: Styled Shoot at The Mason

Everyone loves some good wedding inspiration, and let’s be honest, beautiful photos to look at! This week we’re sharing some details on the floral design for a styled shoot at the beautiful venue The Mason, and in collaboration with the wonderful Shannon Rose Events. This colorful-yet-refined vision was brought to life with the help of these vendors and many others. Read on for all of the exciting details!

This styled shoot was our first opportunity to work at The Mason, and we were thrilled to work on such a gorgeous space. The lush garden-style vision for this photoshoot went so well with the venue style and decor, including the stunning wall paneling and chandeliers!

For the tablescape, we designed two arrangements that sat in black floral stone compotes, which tied into various other touches of black throughout. We also decorated the table with smaller floral moments and candles, both of which added to the intimacy and warmth. We just adored this color palette and all of the eclectic design elements, from the linens to the tableware!

Another “wow” factor of this photoshoot was the cake! We paired a dynamic floral set up next to this elegant cake courtesy of Sweet Somethings by Ashleigh. The green linen on the cake table was yet another pop of color in this eclectic palette and brought out all of the bright greenery in the floral design.

The bridal bouquet was another unique element while still incorporating the same tones and dynamism. It was full of rose varieties, ranunculus, and unique pops like mini Gerber daisies. This bouquet made the best statement with the bride’s classic ivory gown!

Editorial shoots are amazing creative outlets for vendors and the perfect chance to collaborate with so many talented artists. As always, we enjoyed curating this unique fairytale moment at such a gorgeous venue!
